Resource Pacific Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("RPHPL") owns 31.74% interest in Asia Resource Corporation Pte. Ltd. ("ARCPL").
ARCPL owns 71.41% and 100% interest respectively in Macondray & Company, Inc ("MCI") and Representations International (H.K.) Limited ("RIHKL") respectively.
MCI owns 60% interest in Amtrek Investment Pte. Ltd. ("AIPL")
RIHKL owns 40% direct interest in AIPL.
For the purpose of Section 7 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50, RPHPL is deemed to be interested in the shares held by AIPL in the Company.
The percentages are computed based on the issued share of 98,670,879 ordinary shares as at 5 July 2012. |
